My community-building journey is just getting started, and I’d love to hear from others who have been through it! What’s been the most surprising challenge for you so far? What strategies helped you keep moving forward, especially in the early stages?

For me it was how long it takes to build real momentum. I thought I’d get a big spike in engagement early on, but it took a lot of consistent effort to get people involved. Focus on creating value first and the growth will follow eventually!

I totally get that! Initially, I had all the ideas and later I was scared of repeating it. But once I started listening to my community, it felt more collaborative.
