Which one’s better for long-term growth?

I’ve been thinking about this too, @OP. Flat’s nice ‘cause you know exactly what you're getting every time, but percentage is tempting if your sales are good. Feels like you’re rewarded for working harder, you know?

I guess it depends on how consistent the sales are.

@Elmo you’ve got to think long-term. Flat works for stability, but if you’re looking to grow, percentage might reward you more in the end. Maybe a mix of both could work!!

But how do you even balance the two?
