Strangerthings I’ve been thinking about this too, @OP. Flat’s nice ‘cause you know exactly what you're getting every time, but percentage is tempting if your sales are good. Feels like you’re rewarded for working harder, you know?
Diara @Elmo you’ve got to think long-term. Flat works for stability, but if you’re looking to grow, percentage might reward you more in the end. Maybe a mix of both could work!!
